My neck of the woods

I have heard that my love, Elizabeth is coming quite near to my house. I do hope she goes inside to see all of my success. She would be extremely impressed with all of my superfluous items. I am quite proud of them myself, matter of fact. She would no doubt re-think her refusal of my proposal after seeing where she can live.

    There is no doubt in mind mind that Elizabeth will be extremely impressed with your estate. Why should she not? Considering her own humble home a shack must look like a palace to her!

    Still trying to win the most headstrong of my daughters with your wealth? How can I get you to understand that is the last thing on Lizzie's mind when she talks with men. In fact, if you happened to try to bring your wealth up in conversation, it would most likely anger her. We already know what happens when you bring it up during a simple proposal.

    Mr. Bennet has a valid point Darce. Hold back the money talk. She will love your estate. I am nearly positive she will be in awe of you accomplishments. You still have a chance with Lizzie. Please don't ruin it.
